To think there is only one month left of 2016 already is mad. But at least one of the worst years ever is almost over, so lets have a look at what albums November gave us.
At the start of the month Illum Sphere released his second record again on Ninja Tune. ‘Glass’ sees the producer slightly step out of his first albums dreamy electronic soundscapes and replaces it with a much more cold dystopian feel. Its brillaint.
Key Tracks: The whole thing.
Alicia Keys released her sixth album ‘HERE’ i’ve not really listened to much of Keys before this album, apart from her classics and that one Mala and Mall Grab sampled. But I enjoyed this, its full of some really good RnB tracks, even though its quite long.
Key Tracks: ‘She Don’t Really Care 1 Luv’ ‘Work On It’ ‘In Common’
Tinashe released the first part of her double album ‘Nightride’ its an album full of really nice productions creating a perfect blend of trap rnb jams. Its really good.
Key Tracks: ‘Lucid Dreaming’ ‘Sacrifices’ ‘Spacetime’ ‘Party Favours’
Common released a new record in November ‘Black America Again’ his eleventh record and i’m going to say its his best since ‘Be’ containing great songs and even better guests from Stevie Wonder, Bilal and Syd.
Key Tracks: ‘Home’ ‘Black America Again’ ‘Red Wine’ ‘A Bigger Picture Called Free’
Romare released his second album ‘Love Songs: Pt II’ it follows on from his EP ‘Love Songs: Pt I’ back when he was on Black Acre. it carries on his world sample filled electronic productions.

Tiger & Woods released the follow on from ‘Through The Green’ with ‘On The Green Again’ it only took them five years. The album doesn’t see a big change, but why fix something when its not broken? Containing disco fuelled house and packed with samples. Its a real dance floor beast.
Key Tracks: Bestissimo’ ‘Ginger & Fred’ ‘Come and Get My Lovin’
